Washington Pickup Coverage

We review washers, dryers, refrigerators, freezers, stoves, ranges and ovens. Working and reusable appliances receive priority. Free pickup is confirmed only after condition, location, access, demand and available coverage are reviewed.

Washington coverage is organized around meaningful regions rather than separate search pages for every city.

Washington Service Regions

Puget Sound

Seattle, Tacoma, Bellevue, Everett and surrounding metro communities through one regional resource.

Vancouver & Clark County

For Vancouver and nearby Clark County requests, use the Free Appliance Pickup Vancouver WA page. Include the appliance condition, exact ZIP code and access details so the local route can be checked.

Other Washington Markets

Olympia, Bellingham, Yakima, Kennewick and Spokane requests may be reviewed when route or partner coverage is available.

For Spokane appliance-specific guidance, see washer and dryer pickup or smooth-top electric stove and range pickup. Both begin with an eligibility review; an appointment is not guaranteed.

Southwest Washington & Clark County Pickup Corridor

The Vancouver local pickup page handles Vancouver and nearby Clark County requests; this statewide Washington hub explains the wider I-5 corridor and other regions. Send the exact city or ZIP code to check the appropriate route. Seattle, Tacoma and the Eastside use the separate Puget Sound regional page.

Vancouver & Central Clark County

Vancouver, Hazel Dell, Salmon Creek, Orchards, Minnehaha, Felida, Cascade Park and Fishers Landing requests should include appliance condition, photos, stairs, garage or side-gate access and carrying distance.

Camas & Washougal

Camas and Washougal requests can be reviewed along the Columbia River side of the Southwest Washington route. Hills, gated access, long driveways and appliance location should be disclosed before scheduling.

Battle Ground, Ridgefield & North Clark County

Battle Ground, Ridgefield, Brush Prairie and La Center requests are reviewed by exact address, appliance condition and route availability. Multiple working appliances can make a longer route more practical.

Woodland, Kalama, Longview & Kelso

I-5 requests north of Clark County may also be reviewed when the appliance is reusable, access is clear and current route or partner capacity supports the trip. Olympia and points north should use the Puget Sound appliance pickup resource.

Coverage is reviewed, not guaranteed. Listing a city or community means the request can be evaluated; free pickup still depends on condition, access, local demand and available coverage.

Free Pickup Qualification

Fully working major appliances may qualify. Mixed loads may qualify when approximately 80% of major appliances are working. Minor repair needs may be considered. A nonworking appliance alone generally does not qualify.

Special categories: microwaves are accepted only with another qualifying major appliance. Dishwashers are considered only with two or more major working appliances.

What to Send

Include city or ZIP, appliance type, working condition, photos, floor level, stairs and access restrictions. For refrigerators and freezers include cooling status; for washers include fill/drain/spin; for dryers include heat/tumble and gas or electric.

Inside pickup: tell us about elevators, gates, narrow hallways, door removal, loading zones and parking restrictions before scheduling.

Regional Request Planning

Use the Puget Sound appliance pickup resource for Seattle, Tacoma, Bellevue, Everett, Shoreline, Redmond, Kirkland, Renton, Kent, Federal Way, Auburn, Lakewood, Burien and Marysville. One regional resource keeps qualification and access information consistent without creating near-duplicate city pages.

Seattle and dense neighborhoods

Include apartment floor, elevator, loading zone, parking restrictions, narrow halls and any scheduled building access. Photos of the removal path can prevent delays.

Vancouver and Clark County

Provide the exact ZIP code so the request can be reviewed against the Oregon–Washington route. Mention garages, side gates, stairs and longer driveway carries.

Longer Washington routes

Olympia, Bellingham, Yakima, Tri-Cities and Spokane requests depend heavily on reusable condition, load size and available partner capacity.

Photos, Measurements and Preparation

Send exterior and interior photos plus a model label when available. Measure large refrigerators, freezers and ranges. For multiple appliances, list the operating condition of each machine rather than describing the entire load as simply working or not working.

Keep refrigerators and freezers plugged in when practical so cooling can be confirmed. Before scheduling, disclose stairs, elevators, gates, ferry-dependent access, islands, long rural drives and property rules. Do not leave an appliance outside until pickup is explicitly confirmed.

Faster review: send city/ZIP, appliance list, condition, photos, measurements and access information together. Complete requests are easier to evaluate for the correct Washington route.

Washington Contact

503-868-4455 · Service hours 8:00 AM–8:00 PM daily. Contact begins a review and does not automatically confirm free pickup.

Washington Local Pickup, Buyer & Resale Network

Washington is a priority market for our local-partner model. Qualifying appliance requests can be reviewed for direct pickup or matched with independent local pickup professionals, appliance buyers, repair/refurbishment businesses and resellers based on the exact market and current capacity.

Working and reusable washers, dryers, refrigerators, freezers and stoves are especially useful because they may have a second-life path through local reuse or resale instead of going directly to disposal. The customer still receives one request process; the best available local route is reviewed behind the scenes.

Puget Sound

Seattle, Tacoma, Bellevue, Everett, Renton, Kent, Federal Way and surrounding communities are the strongest Washington cluster for regional routing.

Southwest Washington

Vancouver and Clark County can connect with the broader Oregon/Washington operating network when a suitable route or partner is available.

Statewide Partner Growth

Olympia, Bellingham, Yakima, Tri-Cities and Spokane remain useful partner-growth markets for buyers, resellers and pickup operators.

Washington Commercial & Recurring Appliance Programs

Recurring sources can submit qualifying appliance requests through the same network used for residential pickup. This is especially useful for working or repairable equipment from apartment turns, senior communities, hotels, installers, returns and commercial facilities.

Vancouver & Clark County appliance pickup

Have a working washer, dryer, refrigerator, freezer or stove in Vancouver or a nearby Clark County community? Our Vancouver appliance pickup request page explains qualifying appliances, the approximately 20-mile request area and how to submit photos, ZIP code and access details for local partner review. Free pickup and the route must be confirmed before an appointment is arranged.

For nearby Oregon requests, see Portland appliance pickup.

Seattle, Tacoma & Puget Sound Priority Routing

Seattle and Tacoma pickup addresses are handled through the active Puget Sound appliance pickup page. Washer- and dryer-only requests across the connected Seattle–Tacoma region should use the Puget Sound washer & dryer pickup page.

Puget Sound appliance pickup requests

For Seattle, Tacoma, Everett or Olympia, submit the exact city and ZIP code with appliance condition, photos and access details. We are recruiting local pickup partners, so submitting a request does not confirm service or a pickup time.
