Appliance Pickup for Landlords and Property Managers
Landlords, apartment operators and property-management teams can submit appliance pickup requests for unit turns, renovations, tenant move-outs and recurring replacement programs. The strongest requests identify the property, appliance condition, access and expected timing before pickup is scheduled.
Common Property Appliance Pickup Work
Unit turns
Group refrigerators, ranges, washers, dryers and other major appliances by property or move-out cycle.
Renovations and replacements
Identify appliances being replaced during kitchen, laundry-room or full-unit renovation work.
Recurring portfolios
For multiple buildings or communities, describe the normal weekly or monthly appliance flow instead of submitting every stop as a separate program.
What to Include Before Pickup
Condition
Working, repair-needed, unknown or nonworking status for each appliance.
Access
Stairs, elevators, hallways, gates, parking, loading zones and whether the appliance is already staged.
Volume
Appliance count by property plus expected future replacement frequency.
Documentation
Tell us whether your team needs photos, signatures, unit notes or another completion record.
Qualification and Appliance Types
Working and reusable major appliances are the strongest candidates for free pickup. Mixed multi-appliance loads may qualify when most major appliances are working. Microwaves are accepted only with another qualifying major appliance, and dishwashers require at least two other major working appliances.
See free pickup qualification for household rules and multifamily appliance pickup for larger apartment and portfolio programs.

Property Manager Appliance Pickup Questions
Can one request cover several properties?
Yes. List each property, expected appliance volume and access details so the request can be reviewed as a portfolio or route.
What should I send for a unit turn?
Send the property address, appliance type and condition, unit or floor location, stairs/elevator information, parking or gate rules and the onsite contact.
Do all broken appliances qualify for free pickup?
No. Free pickup is qualification-based. Working and reusable appliances receive priority, and mixed loads are reviewed from the overall condition and route.
Submit a Property Appliance Pickup Request
For one property or multiple units, list every appliance, working condition, unit or building location and access details. Photos can be requested during review when they are not available in the form.
Submitting a request does not guarantee free pickup. Each load is reviewed for condition, access, current local demand and route availability.
