Tell us whether the washer fills, drains and spins, and whether the dryer tumbles and heats. For gas dryers, confirm the gas line is safely disconnected by a qualified person before removal. Working pairs are especially useful for reuse. Single appliances can be reviewed, but free service is not automatic.
Send your city or ZIP code, appliance photos, operating condition, floor level, stairs, and whether the appliance is in a garage, driveway or inside the property. We review Seattle–Tacoma and Puget Sound, Vancouver and Clark County, Olympia, Spokane, Bellingham, Yakima and the Tri-Cities where routes or partners are available.
When is pickup free?
Fully working and reusable major appliances receive priority. Mixed loads may qualify when approximately 80% of the major appliances work. Nonworking items alone generally do not qualify. Free pickup is confirmed only after reviewing condition, access, local demand and available routes. Submission does not guarantee pickup.
