One Nationwide Starting Point — Without a 50-State Directory

This page is for broad searches and pickup requests from anywhere in the United States. You do not need to choose a state first. Send the city or ZIP code with the appliance details, and the request can be reviewed against available local coverage.

The separate Service Areas directory is where we organize state, regional and city pages. Keeping that directory separate makes this page simpler for customers and prevents a nationwide landing page from becoming hundreds of repeated city links.

Important: nationwide intake does not mean guaranteed free pickup everywhere. Free pickup is confirmed only after appliance condition, access, local demand and available route or partner coverage are reviewed.

Appliances We Review

Washer & Dryer

Working washers, dryers and complete laundry sets are priority categories. For laundry-only requests, use the dedicated Dedicated Nationwide Washer & Dryer Pickup.

Refrigerator & Freezer

Tell us whether the appliance is currently cooling, and send clear interior and exterior photos when possible.

Stove, Range & Oven

Identify gas or electric and describe whether the burners, oven and controls operate correctly.

Qualification: fully working major appliances may qualify. Mixed loads can be reviewed when approximately 80% of the major appliances are working. A dishwasher is reviewed only with two or more major working appliances, and a microwave is not accepted by itself.

How the Nationwide Pickup Network Works

1. Submit the request

Provide appliance type, working condition, city or ZIP code, floor level, stairs, gates and other access details. Photos help.

2. We review qualification

Condition, reuse potential, access, local demand and available coverage are reviewed before a pickup is confirmed.

3. Local coverage handles the pickup

When a request fits an active route or participating local pickup professional, the customer receives the next pickup instructions.

Local Pages When You Want More Detail

If your state, metro or city already has a dedicated page, use the directory for local qualification, route and access information. Strong local markets have their own pages, while requests outside those markets can still start here.

Form-Only Expansion States

These statewide pages are designed to measure real customer demand before local partner coverage is established everywhere. Customers submit the exact city, ZIP code, appliance condition and access details; qualified local buyers, resellers and pickup professionals can apply as demand develops.

Coverage is not automatic. A state page accepts requests statewide, but pickup is confirmed only after qualification and available local partner capacity are reviewed.

Commercial, Property & Recurring Appliance Pickup

Property managers, apartments, senior and 55+ communities, hotels, installers, remodelers, retailers and multi-site operators can submit one-time or recurring appliance replacement loads. Include the number of appliances, condition by item, location and expected pickup frequency.

For multi-location programs, the network model lets each location be reviewed against available local coverage instead of assuming one crew directly serves the entire country.

Nationwide Appliance Pickup FAQ

Can I submit a request if my city is not listed?

Yes. Use the nationwide request path and provide the exact city or ZIP code. Coverage still has to be confirmed.

Does nationwide mean every request is free?

No. Free pickup is qualification-based and varies with appliance condition, access, local demand and available coverage.

What is the fastest information to send?

Send the appliance type, working condition, city/ZIP, floor level, stairs or elevator, access restrictions and clear photos.

Start a Nationwide Appliance Pickup Request

Submit the appliance details and exact pickup location here. There is no need to find a local phone number first. We use these requests to review qualification, measure demand and expand local pickup-partner coverage where customers are requesting service.

Submitting a request does not guarantee free pickup. Eligibility and local route or partner availability must be confirmed.
