One Nationwide Starting Point
This page is the dedicated national starting point for washer and dryer pickup requests. You do not need to choose a state or city page first. Send the exact city or ZIP code with appliance details, and the request can be reviewed against current local coverage.
Washer & Dryer Requests We Review
Working Sets
Complete working washer-and-dryer sets receive strong consideration because both machines can often be routed together for continued use.
Single Washers or Dryers
Working individual machines can be submitted. Tell us what functions have been tested and whether the dryer is gas or electric.
Repairable or Unknown
Some repairable or unknown-condition machines can be reviewed where local demand supports them. Clear photos and honest condition details help.
What Helps a Request Qualify
Send the city and ZIP code, whether each machine powers on and works correctly, floor level, stairs or elevator, tight doors or gates, and whether the machines are stacked. Photos of the front, controls and overall condition are especially useful.
Priority information: for washers, mention fill, wash, drain and spin. For dryers, mention gas/electric, drum movement and heat. Matching sets should be submitted together.
How Nationwide Routing Works
1. Submit
Send the appliance type, condition, city/ZIP and access information.
2. Review
We review condition, reuse potential, local demand and current coverage.
3. Local Pickup
If the request qualifies and coverage is available, pickup details are confirmed through the local route or participating pickup professional.
Local Pages Are Separate
This nationwide page intentionally avoids a long city list. When you want city-specific information, use the Service Areas directory or the near-me washer-and-dryer hub. This keeps the national request path clear while local pages handle local details.
Nationwide Washer & Dryer Pickup FAQ
Can I submit a request if my city is not listed?
Yes. Submit the exact city or ZIP code here. Coverage still has to be confirmed.
Does nationwide mean every washer or dryer is picked up for free?
No. Free pickup depends on condition, access, local demand and available coverage.
Are complete working sets preferred?
Working sets receive strong consideration, but working single washers or dryers can also be submitted.
