Tell us whether the refrigerator or freezer cools properly, whether it is empty, and whether there are stairs, narrow doors or other access restrictions. Keep doors secured safely if the appliance is stored.
Fully working major appliances receive priority. Mixed loads may qualify when approximately 80% of the major appliances are working. Pickup is reviewed case by case; we cannot guarantee service in every ZIP code.
