Texas Statewide Appliance Pickup Requests
Customers can submit washers, dryers, refrigerators, freezers, stoves, ranges, ovens and qualifying multi-appliance loads. We review the exact city or ZIP code, appliance condition, reuse potential, stairs and access before any pickup is confirmed.
Texas Demand Regions We Track
Instead of publishing hundreds of nearly identical city pages, we use statewide intake and meaningful regional demand groups. Each submitted city and ZIP code helps show where a dedicated local partner or future city page may be justified.
Dallas–Fort Worth
Dallas, Fort Worth, Arlington, Plano, Irving and surrounding North Texas requests.
Houston & Gulf Coast
Houston, Pasadena, Sugar Land, Baytown and surrounding Gulf Coast communities.
Austin & Central Texas
Austin, Round Rock, Georgetown, San Marcos and nearby Central Texas communities.
San Antonio & South Texas
San Antonio, New Braunfels and surrounding South Texas requests.
El Paso & West Texas
El Paso and other West Texas requests can submit for partner-coverage review.
Texas Cannot Be Treated as One Appliance Pickup Route
Dallas–Fort Worth, Houston, Austin, San Antonio and El Paso are separate operating markets. The statewide form is designed to discover demand inside each of them without suggesting that one truck or partner covers Texas end to end. Exact city and ZIP information determines which market should receive the request.
Metro-specific demand is more useful than a statewide total
A cluster of working appliances in DFW can justify recruiting a buyer or pickup operator there even if Houston coverage is not ready. Austin and San Antonio can develop independently, and El Paso must be evaluated as its own market. We keep those signals separate so future partner territories are based on realistic travel and customer volume.
What Texas appliance owners should send
For refrigerators and freezers, include cooling status and clear interior/exterior photos. For washers, report fill, drain and spin; for dryers, tumble and heat. For a stove or range, state gas or electric and which functions operate. Include the exact address, stairs, floor, gates, parking or loading limits and carrying distance.
Fully working major appliances may qualify for free pickup when local coverage exists. Mixed loads can be considered when approximately 80% of the major appliances work. A single completely nonworking appliance does not automatically qualify. Microwaves need another qualifying major appliance, and dishwashers are reviewed only with two or more major working appliances.
Texas recurring sources can support a partner territory
Apartment operators, senior communities, hotels, installers, appliance stores and property managers should identify whether replacements happen repeatedly and whether several appliances are stored at one property. A dependable stream of reusable inventory can be more useful for developing a local network than isolated statewide leads.
This page accepts Texas requests before every market has a permanent pickup partner. Submission is free; pickup is confirmed only after condition, access and an available local partner or route are reviewed. That distinction lets us expand into Texas without making a service promise we cannot yet support.
Texas Appliance Pickup FAQ
Can I submit even if my city is not listed above?
Yes. The form accepts requests from anywhere in Texas. The regions above are demand groups, not a complete list of cities with guaranteed coverage.
Will someone call me immediately?
Your request must first be reviewed for appliance condition, location, access and available local coverage. A pickup is not confirmed until those details match an available route or participating local partner.
Can landlords or businesses submit several appliances?
Yes. Property managers, apartments, senior communities, hotels, installers, retailers and other organizations can describe one-time or recurring appliance replacement loads in the same request.
