STATEWIDE REQUEST INTAKE

Florida Appliance Pickup

Submit a qualifying appliance pickup request from anywhere in Florida. This is a form-first expansion market: requests help us identify real local demand and build reliable buyer, reseller and pickup-partner coverage around the cities where customers actually need service.

Florida Statewide Appliance Pickup Requests

Customers can submit washers, dryers, refrigerators, freezers, stoves, ranges, ovens and qualifying multi-appliance loads. We review the exact city or ZIP code, appliance condition, reuse potential, stairs and access before any pickup is confirmed.

Expansion-market notice: this page accepts requests statewide, but it does not mean a local pickup partner is already active in every Florida city. Free pickup is confirmed only after qualification and available local coverage are reviewed.

Florida Demand Regions We Track

Instead of publishing hundreds of nearly identical city pages, we use statewide intake and meaningful regional demand groups. Each submitted city and ZIP code helps show where a dedicated local partner or future city page may be justified.

South Florida

Miami, Fort Lauderdale, Hollywood, West Palm Beach and surrounding South Florida communities.

Orlando & Central Florida

Orlando, Kissimmee, Sanford and surrounding Central Florida requests.

Tampa Bay

Tampa, St. Petersburg, Clearwater and nearby Gulf Coast communities.

Jacksonville & Northeast Florida

Jacksonville, St. Augustine and surrounding Northeast Florida requests.

Southwest Florida

Fort Myers, Cape Coral, Naples and nearby Southwest Florida communities.

Florida Requests Are Matched by Metro, Property Type and Access

South Florida, Orlando, Tampa Bay, Jacksonville and Southwest Florida are tracked as separate demand markets. A submission in Miami or Fort Lauderdale does not imply that the same local pickup route serves Orlando or Tampa. The statewide form lets us measure those areas independently while keeping one clear qualification process.

Condo, gated and managed-property details matter

Florida requests often need more than an appliance type and ZIP code. If the pickup is from a condo, apartment, senior community or gated property, include floor level, elevator requirements, gate instructions, loading access and any property scheduling rules. For a house, note whether the appliance is in a garage, kitchen, laundry room or outside and whether the removal path has stairs or narrow doors.

Cooling appliances need current condition information

For a refrigerator or freezer, tell us whether it is plugged in and holding temperature now. Photos of the interior, exterior and model label are useful. Working washers, dryers, stoves and ranges should also include basic tested functions. Fully working major appliances may qualify for free pickup when local partner coverage exists; mixed loads may qualify when roughly 80% of the major appliances work.

A single completely nonworking appliance does not automatically qualify for free pickup. Microwaves must accompany another qualifying major appliance, and dishwashers are considered only with two or more major working appliances.

How Florida demand becomes local coverage

We compare qualified requests by metro area instead of claiming statewide crews. Repeated South Florida demand can support one partner territory, while Orlando, Tampa Bay, Jacksonville or Southwest Florida may justify separate partners. Appliance buyers, repair/refurbishment businesses, resellers and pickup operators can apply for the markets they can actually cover.

Property managers, hotels, senior-living communities, installers and retailers with recurring replacement appliances should include estimated frequency and volume. Those repeat sources are especially useful for deciding whether a local Florida partner route can be supported. Until a request is accepted, statewide intake is not a guaranteed appointment.

Florida Appliance Pickup FAQ

Can I submit even if my city is not listed above?

Yes. The form accepts requests from anywhere in Florida. The regions above are demand groups, not a complete list of cities with guaranteed coverage.

Will someone call me immediately?

Your request must first be reviewed for appliance condition, location, access and available local coverage. A pickup is not confirmed until those details match an available route or participating local partner.

Can landlords or businesses submit several appliances?

Yes. Property managers, apartments, senior communities, hotels, installers, retailers and other organizations can describe one-time or recurring appliance replacement loads in the same request.

Use this form so we can measure demand by city and ZIP code while reviewing whether the appliance qualifies and whether local partner coverage is available.

Submitting a request does not guarantee free pickup. Eligibility and local route or partner availability must be confirmed.
