Inland Empire Priority Appliance Pickup Corridor
The Inland Empire route is a connected city network, not a single Rancho Cucamonga market. Priority local pages run from the foothill edge through the core Inland Empire and into the eastern San Bernardino Valley.
The western connection continues through Pomona, Claremont, La Verne, San Dimas and Glendora into the SGV → Inland Empire corridor hub.

Send the appliance type, condition, exact pickup address and access details in one request. There is no charge to submit and no account is required.
Call or Text
Prefer direct contact? Call 909-375-6685 or text appliance photos during service hours. Photos help condition and access review.
Property Managers & Businesses
For recurring replacements, rental turnovers or multi-property work, use the commercial pickup guide or property-manager pickup guide.
Qualification still applies. Free pickup is confirmed only after appliance condition, safe access, exact location and current route availability are reviewed.
What Happens After a Qualifying Pickup?
Our first preference is to keep useful appliances in circulation when practical. A working or reusable appliance may be cleaned, tested, resold, reused or used for recoverable parts. Appliances that are no longer practical to reuse should go through an appropriate recycling or disposal path. Refrigerators and freezers require refrigerant-aware handling at end of life.
We do not promise the same final destination for every appliance because condition and local options vary. For end-of-life guidance, see our Free Appliance Recycling Near Me guide and refrigerator pickup guide.
What We Review
Washers & Dryers
Working laundry machines are a priority. For washers, report whether the machine fills, drains and spins. For dryers, state gas or electric and whether it tumbles and heats.
Refrigerators & Freezers
Include exterior and interior photos, approximate size and current cooling status. If the unit is still plugged in and cold, say so.
Stoves & Ranges
Gas and electric units may be reviewed when burners, oven functions and controls work and the removal path is practical.
Multiple Appliances
Submit a complete property cleanout or replacement load together so the working percentage and route needs can be evaluated accurately.
Access Details Matter
A garage pickup, upstairs apartment, gated community and inside kitchen removal require different planning. Tell us the floor level, stair flights, elevator availability, gates, long carries, narrow doors, parking restrictions and whether appliance doors may need removal.
For property managers or landlords with several units, list every appliance and its condition. If the items are at multiple addresses, explain that in the request instead of combining them as though they are at one property.
Important Qualification Limits
Microwaves are accepted only with another qualifying major appliance. Dishwashers are reviewed only with two or more major working appliances. Minor repairs can be considered when the issue is described accurately.
Inland Empire Appliance Recycling & Disposal Alternatives
If an appliance does not qualify for our pickup, use the official county resources for the side of the Inland Empire where the appliance is located. Riverside County Waste Resources lists appliance recycling at county landfills and explains special handling for refrigerators, freezers and other major appliances. San Bernardino County Public Works publishes accepted-waste requirements for its disposal system, including refrigerator restrictions.

These county programs are separate from Free Reliable Appliance Pickup. Check current fees, preparation rules, refrigerant requirements and facility availability before transporting an appliance.
