Ontario Refrigerator Pickup Review
Ontario refrigerator requests are reviewed by cooling condition and by the actual removal path. Tell us whether the refrigerator is in a kitchen, garage, apartment, condo or commercial property, whether it is still plugged in and testable, and how far it must travel to the loading area.
Cooling proof
Report whether both refrigerator and freezer compartments hold temperature. Mention unusual noise, frost, leaking, dispenser problems or missing shelves.
Photos and size
Send exterior, interior and model-label photos. Include approximate width for French-door, side-by-side or built-in units when known.
Ontario access
For apartments and condos, include floor level, elevator, gate and property-manager access. For commercial sites, include loading or appointment restrictions.
Fast review: text clear photos to 909-375-6685 with Ontario ZIP, cooling condition and access.
How the Ontario Review Works
1. Send the basics
Start with photos, ZIP code and actual working condition.
2. Qualification review
We review condition, access, current demand and Inland Empire route availability.
3. Confirm access
If the request qualifies, final pickup and removal details are confirmed before scheduling.
Prepare the Refrigerator Safely
Keep the sealed cooling system intact. Do not cut refrigerant lines or remove the compressor. Empty food and loose shelves after an accepted pickup is confirmed.
Ontario Local Disposal Alternative
If a refrigerator does not fit our reuse-focused route, Ontario residents have a separate municipal bulky-item path. The City currently says single-family residents may schedule up to four bulky-item appointments per calendar year with up to five large items per appointment, while apartment and condo residents should work through their property or association manager.
The City also lists appliances among accepted items at community cleanup events. Because refrigerator handling can depend on the exact program and current rules, check the City's instructions before setting a cooling appliance out.

Ontario Refrigerator Pickup FAQ
Can a working refrigerator qualify for free pickup in Ontario?
Yes. Working and reusable refrigerators can be reviewed after cooling condition, exact Ontario location, access and current 909 route availability are checked.
What photos should I send?
Send the front, interior, model label and any dents or missing parts. Include whether both compartments cool normally and whether the unit is still plugged in.
What matters for an apartment or condo?
Include floor level, stairs or elevator, gate access, parking/loading rules and the carrying path. Those details can decide whether a free route is practical.
What if it does not qualify?
Ontario residents can compare the City's bulky-item program, which uses different scheduling rules for single-family versus apartment/condo properties.
