Find your part of the Wasatch Front
Utah request information is organized around the Wasatch Front. Common request areas include Salt Lake City, West Valley City, Sandy, Draper, Lehi, American Fork, Orem, Provo, Layton and Ogden.
Coverage varies by exact location, appliance condition, access and current partner or route availability. Listing a city here does not guarantee pickup.
Outside the listed region
Wasatch Front request information does not establish statewide coverage. Check your location with us before relying on a pickup elsewhere in Utah. Provide your city, ZIP, appliance types and the date you need them removed.
A request remains subject to condition, access and available route or partner capacity. Wait for an explicit scheduling confirmation before arranging building access or planning around a pickup date.
What to include with a Utah request
Send the exact city and ZIP code, every appliance in the load, working condition and clear photos. For refrigerators, freezers and ranges, include approximate width, depth and height. A model-label photo can help identify capacity, fuel type and configuration.
Test each appliance
Report fill, wash, drain and spin for washers; tumble and heat for dryers; and temperature performance for refrigerators and freezers. Identify gas or electric ranges.
Describe access
Tell us whether the appliance is in a garage, basement, apartment or upper floor. Include stairs, elevators, gates, narrow doors, snow or ice concerns and long carries.
List mixed loads clearly
Fully working appliances receive priority. A mixed load may qualify when approximately 80% of the major appliances are working, so describe each item separately.
Salt Lake, Utah and Davis County routing
Wasatch Front requests can come from Salt Lake City, West Valley City, Sandy, Draper, Lehi, American Fork, Orem, Provo, Layton, Ogden and nearby communities. Travel distance, current capacity and appliance condition determine whether a request can be matched to an available route or partner.
St. George, Logan, Park City and other Utah locations may also submit a request, but they are not represented here as guaranteed daily routes. Pickup must be confirmed for the actual address before an appliance is disconnected or moved outside.
Before arranging removal
Use the qualification guide to check working-appliance and mixed-load requirements, including the microwave and dishwasher exceptions. Once a pickup is confirmed, the preparation checklist explains what to have ready.
If coverage or reuse is unsuitable, consult our other disposal options before committing to a deadline.
Request Appliance Pickup
Submit the appliance condition, exact pickup location, stairs and access details. Free pickup is qualification-based and route availability must be confirmed.
