Kansas Statewide Appliance Pickup Requests

Customers can submit washers, dryers, refrigerators, freezers, stoves, ranges, ovens and qualifying multi-appliance loads. We review the exact city or ZIP code, appliance condition, reuse potential, stairs and access before any pickup is confirmed.

Expansion-market notice: this page accepts requests statewide, but it does not mean a local pickup partner is already active in every Kansas city. Free pickup is confirmed only after qualification and available local coverage are reviewed.

Kansas Demand Regions We Track

Instead of publishing hundreds of nearly identical city pages, we use statewide intake and meaningful regional demand groups. Each submitted city and ZIP code helps show where a dedicated local partner or future city page may be justified.

Wichita

Wichita and surrounding south-central Kansas communities.

Kansas City, Kansas Metro

Kansas City, Overland Park, Olathe and surrounding Johnson/Wyandotte County requests.

Topeka

Topeka and surrounding northeast Kansas communities.

Lawrence

Lawrence and nearby Douglas County requests.

Manhattan, Salina & Central Kansas

Central Kansas requests can submit for demand and partner-coverage review.

Kansas Pickup Matching Starts With Distance and the Actual City

Kansas requests are grouped by practical local markets rather than a statewide promise. Wichita is evaluated separately from Kansas City, Kansas; Topeka and Lawrence create another corridor; and requests from Manhattan, Salina or other central communities need a partner close enough to make the route sensible. The exact city and ZIP code are therefore essential.

Why the appliance details matter before recruiting a route

We are building coverage around appliances that local buyers and refurbishers can realistically reuse. For a refrigerator or freezer, report whether it currently holds temperature. For a washer, describe fill, drain and spin. For a dryer, state whether it tumbles and heats. For a range or oven, identify gas or electric and the functions that work.

A fully working major appliance can be submitted for free-pickup review. A mixed load may qualify when approximately 80% of the major appliances work. Minor repair needs can sometimes be considered, but a single fully nonworking appliance does not automatically fit the free route.

Kansas property and access information

Tell us whether the item is in a garage, basement, first floor, upper floor or outside, and list stair flights, narrow doors, gates or long carrying distances. Landlords and property managers should group appliances by address and state the condition of each unit. That helps distinguish a useful recurring replacement source from a general cleanout.

What happens when there is not yet a Kansas partner

The request remains a demand signal for that city. We use clusters of qualified submissions to decide where to look for independent appliance buyers, repair businesses, resellers and pickup operators. A listed Kansas region is an intake target, not evidence that a truck is already dispatched there.

Microwaves are accepted only with another qualifying major appliance. Dishwashers require two or more major working appliances. The goal of this statewide hub is to build future coverage from real requests without publishing dozens of unsupported city pages.

Kansas Appliance Pickup FAQ

Can I submit even if my city is not listed above?

Yes. The form accepts requests from anywhere in Kansas. The regions above are demand groups, not a complete list of cities with guaranteed coverage.

Will someone call me immediately?

Your request must first be reviewed for appliance condition, location, access and available local coverage. A pickup is not confirmed until those details match an available route or participating local partner.

Can landlords or businesses submit several appliances?

Yes. Property managers, apartments, senior communities, hotels, installers, retailers and other organizations can describe one-time or recurring appliance replacement loads in the same request.

Use this form so we can measure demand by city and ZIP code while reviewing whether the appliance qualifies and whether local partner coverage is available.

Submitting a request does not guarantee free pickup. Eligibility and local route or partner availability must be confirmed.
