Who This Program Is For
Restaurants, food-service operators, commissaries, hospitality kitchens and commercial facilities can submit renovation, replacement, closure or recurring equipment flow for review.
Working and reusable equipment receives priority. Free pickup is qualification-based and is confirmed only after equipment condition, access, location, load mix and current route availability are reviewed.
Common Repeat Work
Kitchen remodels
List movable refrigerators, freezers, ranges, ovens and other appliance equipment separately from fixtures and construction debris.
Refrigeration replacements
Reach-ins, undercounter units, freezers and other movable cold equipment should include dimensions, cooling status and access path.
Facility upgrades
Back-of-house equipment changes can be reviewed by phase to reduce interference with operating hours.
Closures & resets
One-time restaurant resets or closures can be reviewed when appliance condition, utility status and loading access are clear.
