Mission Viejo Washer & Dryer Pickup Review
Yes—qualifying working washers, dryers and complete laundry sets can receive free pickup in Mission Viejo after review. Laundry requests can come from attached garages, interior laundry rooms, condos, townhomes, rentals and planned communities, so access information is reviewed with machine condition.
Working washer and dryer sets receive especially strong priority because both machines can be reviewed and routed together. A single working washer or dryer may also qualify when current South Orange County capacity is available.

What We Need to Know
Washer test
Tell us whether the washer powers on, fills, washes or agitates, drains and reaches the final spin. Mention leaks, error codes, loud bearings or a door/lid-lock problem.
Dryer test
Identify gas or electric when known. Tell us whether it powers on, tumbles and heats, and mention unusual noise, no-heat conditions or control problems.
Access path
Include garage or interior location, floor level, stairs, narrow doors, long carrying distance, elevator details and parking or loading restrictions.
Complete set details
If both machines are available, submit them together and describe each one separately. Matching sets and newer complete pairs are strong requests.
Real Washer & Dryer Photos
These are real appliance images used across our pickup network, not generic stock-photo illustrations.
Gated Communities, Condos & Interior Laundry Rooms
Before pickup is confirmed, include any gate procedure, visitor-entry requirement, loading-hour restriction or parking limitation. For upstairs units, tell us the number of flights and whether an elevator is available. For tight laundry closets, mention stacked installation, narrow doors or turns that could affect removal.
Do not place private gate codes in a public post. Send sensitive access details directly after the request is accepted.
Free Pickup Is Qualification-Based
Free pickup is not automatic for every washer or dryer. Working and reusable machines receive priority. Selected repairable units can sometimes be reviewed when current local demand exists. A completely nonworking appliance by itself may not qualify.
If you have multiple major appliances, list the full load and each item's condition so the request can be evaluated together.
