Treasure Valley request area
Boise and the Treasure Valley are the priority region for Idaho requests. Common request areas include Boise, Meridian, Nampa, Caldwell, Eagle, Kuna and Star.
Coverage varies by exact address, appliance condition, access and current partner or route availability. Listing a city here does not guarantee pickup.
Elsewhere in Idaho
A Boise-area request does not establish coverage in northern, eastern or south-central Idaho. For an address outside the Treasure Valley, ask about availability with your city, ZIP code and appliance list before making removal arrangements.
We have not confirmed a statewide pickup schedule. Availability must be reviewed for the actual address; submitting a request does not reserve a truck or guarantee free removal.
Information needed for an Idaho pickup review
A complete first request helps determine whether a Treasure Valley route or local partner can consider the appliance. Include the pickup city and ZIP code, appliance type, brand when known, approximate age and whether it completes a normal cycle or holds the correct temperature.
Working condition
For washers, report fill, wash, drain and spin. For dryers, report tumble and heat. For refrigerators and freezers, confirm whether the unit is currently plugged in and staying cold.
Photos and measurements
Send clear exterior and interior photos, plus approximate width, depth and height for large appliances. Photos of model labels can help identify fuel type, capacity and configuration.
Property access
State whether the appliance is in a garage, outside, basement or upper floor. Include stairs, elevators, gates, narrow doors, long carries and parking limitations.
Major appliances considered in Idaho
Requests may include washers, dryers, washer-and-dryer sets, refrigerators, upright or chest freezers, stoves, ranges and ovens. Minor repair needs may be considered after review, but one nonworking appliance by itself generally does not qualify for free pickup.
Standalone microwaves are not accepted; a microwave must come with another qualifying major appliance. A dishwasher is considered only when it comes with two or more major working appliances. These rules help the team evaluate longer Idaho routes before anyone schedules transportation.
Boise-area availability is confirmed case by case
Treasure Valley requests are reviewed for local demand and available capacity. Boise, Meridian, Nampa, Caldwell, Eagle, Kuna and Star can have different route timing even within the same week. Do not leave an appliance outside or disconnect a working refrigerator until pickup has been confirmed.
Customers outside the Boise area may still submit a request for partner-availability review. The response will confirm whether a pickup option exists; the website does not represent that every Idaho city currently has an active local truck.
Choose the guide for your next step
- Check free-pickup eligibility, including mixed loads, microwaves and dishwashers.
- Review washer and dryer details to report working condition.
- Prepare refrigerator information, including cooling status and size.
- Explore disposal alternatives when an appliance or location does not qualify.
Request Appliance Pickup
Submit the appliance condition, exact pickup location, stairs and access details. Free pickup is qualification-based and route availability must be confirmed.
