Working electric stoves and ranges
Eugene apartment turnovers and kitchen upgrades can create tight moving conditions. Tell us whether the range is in an upstairs rental, kitchen alcove or garage, and if your building has a loading area. Working coil burners and a clean functioning oven help evaluate whether reuse pickup makes sense.
We review electric ranges with coil burners and smooth glass-top electric ranges. The oven, burner controls and cooking elements should work for the strongest chance of qualifying.
Free does not mean automatic: a single nonworking stove usually does not qualify. Send photos and condition details before planning a pickup.

What to check before requesting pickup
For coil-top ranges, report any missing or damaged heating coils and whether each burner heats normally. For smooth glass-top ranges, mention cracks, chips and known electrical faults. Let us know if the oven heats, the door shuts properly and any controls or knobs are missing.
Photograph the burner coils, drip pans, control panel and oven interior. Note broken controls or a damaged power cord honestly; unsafe units do not automatically qualify.
Do not attempt to move a heavy appliance alone. Do not touch damaged wiring or disconnect the stove if unsafe.
Eugene and nearby pickup-request areas
Requests can be submitted from Eugene, River Road, Santa Clara, Whiteaker, Bethel and nearby Lane County. We review the actual city, ZIP, condition and available routes before confirming whether qualifying free pickup can be offered.
Describe whether the stove is in a kitchen, garage, carport or driveway, and report stairs, elevators, parking access, gates and the distance to a safe vehicle loading point.
