Sun Lakes Washer Pickup, Dryer Pickup & Removal
Working washers, dryers and complete laundry sets can be submitted for free pickup review. Complete working sets receive strong priority because both machines can be evaluated together for reuse. A single working washer or dryer may also qualify when condition, route distance, access and current demand fit.
How to Describe the Machines
Washer
Tell us whether it fills, agitates, drains and spins. Mention leaks, loud bearing noise, error codes, rust or missing parts.
Dryer
Tell us whether it tumbles and heats, whether it is gas or electric, and whether controls and door operate normally.
Complete Set
Matching or compatible working sets are especially useful. Send front, side and control-panel photos when possible.
Sun Lakes Senior-Community Laundry Replacements
Planned 55+ community replacements can produce working washers and dryers before failure, making condition and timing useful for reuse-focused pickup.
Include community gate/access rules, garage/interior location and scheduled replacement timing.
Sun Lakes Laundry Sources
Homes & Rentals
Homeowners can submit working laundry machines being replaced during upgrades.
Property Managers
Community managers can combine multiple unit replacements.
Recurring Sources
55+ communities, installers, senior housing and property managers can submit recurring take-outs.
Free Pickup Qualification
Fully working machines receive priority. Minor repair needs may be considered when reuse or repair demand supports the route. A single nonworking washer or dryer generally does not qualify under the standard free-pickup rules.
For multiple appliances, list every machine separately and describe which ones are working.
