What Usually Qualifies in Santa Monica?
Complete working sets
Working washer-and-dryer sets receive strong consideration because both machines can be evaluated and routed together.
Single working washers
A single washer can be reviewed. Report power, fill, wash, drain and spin performance and mention leaks or error codes.
Single working dryers
Tell us whether the dryer is gas or electric and whether it powers on, tumbles and produces heat.
Repair or unknown condition
These requests can be submitted, but free pickup is not guaranteed. Describe the issue clearly or choose unknown when testing is not possible.
Santa Monica Condo, Elevator & Curb-Loading Access
Santa Monica requests can involve condos, apartments, multi-unit buildings and tight coastal street parking where elevator access and loading rules matter as much as machine condition.
Photos
Send clear front and interior photos of each machine plus a model or serial-label photo when available.
Removal path
Include floor level, stairs or elevator availability, building-entry rules, garage access and narrow hallways or doors.
Loading details
Describe loading-zone or curb access, garage height limits, parking restrictions and carrying distance.
