What Usually Qualifies in Paramount?
Complete working sets
Working washer-and-dryer sets receive strong consideration because both machines can be evaluated and routed together.
Single working washers
A single washer can be reviewed. Report power, fill, wash, drain and spin performance and mention leaks or error codes.
Single working dryers
Tell us whether the dryer is gas or electric and whether it powers on, tumbles and produces heat.
Repair or unknown condition
These requests can be submitted, but free pickup is not guaranteed. Describe the issue clearly or choose unknown when testing is not possible.
Paramount Garage, Apartment & Alley Access
Paramount requests can come from homes, garages, apartments and rental properties with alley or rear access. Accurate removal details help distinguish a simple garage pickup from a longer interior carry.
Photos
Send clear front and interior photos of each machine plus a model or serial-label photo when available.
Removal path
Include floor level, stairs, gates, garage or interior location, rear access and narrow doorways.
Loading details
Describe driveway, alley or curb access, parking restrictions and carrying distance.
