What Usually Qualifies in Orange?
Complete working sets
Working washer-and-dryer sets receive strong consideration because both machines can be tested and routed together.
Single working washers
A single washer can be reviewed. Report power, fill, wash or agitation, drain and spin, plus leaks or error codes.
Single working dryers
Tell us whether the dryer is gas or electric and whether it powers on, tumbles and produces heat.
Repair or unknown condition
These requests can be submitted, but free pickup is not guaranteed. Describe the issue clearly or choose unknown when testing is not possible.
Orange Garage, Apartment & Property Access
Orange pickup requests can involve garages, interior laundry rooms, apartments, condos and rental properties. Include the exact address, floor level, stairs or elevator, gates, parking or loading restrictions, narrow doors and carrying distance before pickup is confirmed.
For stacked machines, tell us whether the units can be separated safely and include photos of the installation and the complete removal path. Do not move or disconnect heavy equipment unsafely just to submit a request.
