How to Describe the Machines

Tell us whether it fills, agitates, drains and spins. Mention leaks, loud bearing noise, error codes, rust or missing parts.
Dryer
Tell us whether it tumbles and heats, whether it is gas or electric, and whether controls and door operate normally.
Complete Set
Matching or compatible working sets are especially useful. Send front, side and control-panel photos when possible.

Free Pickup Qualification
Fully working machines receive priority. Minor repair needs may be considered when reuse or repair demand supports the route. A single nonworking washer or dryer generally does not qualify under the standard free-pickup rules.
