What Usually Qualifies in National City?
Complete working sets
Working washer-and-dryer sets receive strong consideration because both machines can be evaluated and routed together.
Single working washers
A single washer can be reviewed. Report power, fill, wash, drain and spin performance and mention leaks or error codes.
Single working dryers
Tell us whether the dryer is gas or electric and whether it powers on, tumbles and produces heat.
Repair or unknown condition
These requests can be submitted, but free pickup is not guaranteed. Describe the issue clearly or choose unknown when testing is not possible.
National City Apartment, Alley & Urban Loading Access
National City requests can involve apartments, multi-unit properties, compact homes and urban streets where alley, curb or shared-parking access changes the removal setup.
Photos
Send clear front and interior photos of each machine plus a model or serial-label photo when available.
Removal path
Include floor level, stairs or elevator access, gates, interior or garage location and narrow hallways or doors.
Loading details
Describe alley, curb, driveway or shared-parking access and carrying distance.
