Seasonal Turnover Timing & Guest-Ready Appliance Replacements
Vacation rentals and second homes often have narrow windows between guest stays, cleaning visits and appliance delivery appointments. Include the replacement date, manager or local contact, gate or lockbox procedure and the earliest time the old appliance will be disconnected. If the unit still works, send photos before it is moved outside or exposed to weather.
For furnished homes, note tight kitchen clearances, interior stairs, courtyard gates or service entrances that affect removal. Property managers handling several homes can combine nearby requests and identify which refrigerators, laundry sets or ranges are reusable. That makes it easier to review route fit across Palm Springs, Rancho Mirage, Palm Desert, Indian Wells and La Quinta.
