Qualification Rules
Fully working appliances may qualify. Mixed loads may qualify when approximately 80% of major appliances work. Minor repair needs may be considered. A single nonworking appliance generally does not qualify.
Microwaves are accepted only with another qualifying major appliance. Dishwashers are considered only with two or more major working appliances.

Anthem appliance requests often come from planned neighborhoods where gate access, community rules and garage placement can affect the pickup. Include the exact address, community or gate instructions, driveway access and whether the appliance is in the garage or still inside the home. Anthem Bulk Pickup Alternative if Free Pickup Does Not Qualify
Anthem Community Council directs residents to their trash provider for recycling, trash and bulk-pickup schedules: Republic Services for residents east of I-17 and the City of Phoenix for residents west of I-17. If an appliance does not qualify for our reuse-focused pickup, verify the current provider rules before setting it out or transporting it.
